All Sales Are Final

Every reading offered by Sam Angel Psychic is a personalized, custom digital service prepared individually for you. Because work begins on your reading as soon as it is ordered and the result is delivered digitally, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Readings are unique, time-intensive services created specifically for you based on the information you provide. Once the work has been performed and delivered, it cannot be returned or undone — so we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for completed readings.

If Something Goes Wrong

Your satisfaction still matters to us. If you experience a genuine problem — for example, you were charged but did not receive your reading, or there was a technical error on our side — please contact us within 7 days at hello@samangelpsychic.com. We will review your case and do our best to make it right, which may include re-delivering your reading or providing additional clarification at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once a reading has been started or delivered. If you need to reach us about an order, please do so as early as possible.
